ULLTRACLAD IS A NON-COMBUSTIBLE ALUMINIUM WEATHERBOARD SYSTEM
TESTED AND CERTIFIED BAL-40 AND AS1530.1
Introducing: Ulltraclad® – A powder coated Aluminium interlocking exterior cladding system that can be applied both horizontally and vertically. It is suited to both residential & commercial building applications and is available in a wide range of colours in modern or classic designs.
Weatherboards are produced in a rusticated weatherboard profile, with either a smooth, corrugated or grooved face (Tee Board), a bevel back weatherboard profile (Traditional), or a flat face with negative joint detail (Shadoline).
They are produced in 8 different profiles which range in width from 140mm up to 205mm, and are supplied 5m and 6m lengths.
Materials & Compliance
Ulltraclad is extruded from 6060 T5 premium grade aluminium. It is tested to Australian
cyclonic conditions and is backed by an extensive warranty.

Components
Ulltraclad is supplied as a complete system which consists of weatherboards, locator’s for concealed fixing, internal / external corner moulds, starter strips, board jointer, window flashing and accessories.
Performance
This system is applied to the external wall framing over an absorbent building wrap which has been extensively tested to Australia’s harsh climate.

When installed, the cladding is effectively 15mm thick with the powder coat featuring on the exposed surfaces.

Frequently asked questions
Yes – Ulltraclad can be install horizontally and vertically fitted to timber or steel framming.
Ulltraclad is available finished in a series of Dulux and Interpon powder coat colours.
Other non-standard colours as well as anti-graffiti and timber look finishes are also available
Ulltraclad can be use in (residential) building Wind Zones up to, and including cyclonic C3.
Ulltraclad is non-combustible and tested to AS1530.1 by CSIRO,
and bushfire resistance tested to BAL-40 in accordance with AS1530.8..1
Stock lengths are 5 & 6 metres. However other lengths are available based on project size and requirement.
